What will these next 8 weeks look like?
Weekly video sessions you can view anytime, anywhere. These are about 45-60 minutes long. Each session, you’ll learn about the neuroscience of pain, the neuroscience of mindfulness, and how the two are interwoven. You will also be guided through mindfulness practices.
Each week, you will get a daily homework assignment in the form of:
Guided meditations via audio files
Prompts to bring mindful awareness to various aspects of life and your body
Challenges to try on different perspectives on life and your physical experience in it
You will have lifetime access to all course materials and access to me via text and calls throughout your 8 weeks.
